Rhythm Converted present RC087: Tom Hades – Matrix EP
It’s 5 am, the faint of heart have gone home. Only the soldiers of the dance floor remain and become part of the… Matrix.
Tom Hades commands attention once again with Rhythm Convert(ed)’s 87th release, Matrix. The two track EP has both a yin and yang Acid flavor and offers sounds for later in the night when talking is obsolete and people are completely lost in the rhythm.
Matrix 001 |
First up on the Matrix EP is Matrix 001 with its infectious mix of insistent synths and low growling kick. Sure to put the dance floor in an introspective trance, its sound is mesmerizing but compelling, forcing listeners to move. Play it when it’s late at night or early in the morning, however you want to look at it, play it when the crowd wants to lose themselves.
Matrix 002 |
A little something to get the night moving or bring a little soul back into the air, Matrix_002 flirts with listeners, teasing them when it all comes together in a perfect balance of groovy bass and ethereal synths. Dub-by with cosmopolitan flair is the best way to describe the flavor of the second track on the Matrix EP, Matrix 002.
